DreamStarters Curriculum (16 Weeks)
DreamStarters is a creative arts-based program designed for elementary students. It integrates arts-infused learning experiences to support personal, academic, social, and emotional development.

DreamStarters helps students build confidence, creativity, and foundational life skills through immersive arts education.
Creative Arts Enhancement Model (CAEM)
Customized Curriculum & Facilitation
The Creative Arts Enhancement Model© (CAEM) increases access to high-quality, curriculum-linked arts education for under-resourced schools and community organizations.
CAEM programming includes:
• Visual Arts (Painting, Drawing)
• Performing Arts (Theater, Dance, Music)
• Literary Arts (Poetry Slams, Open Mic)
CAEM strengthens cognitive skills in younger students while promoting leadership development and career readiness in teens and young adults.
Reach-2-Teach Professional Development
Contracted Service for Schools & Educators
Reach-2-Teach is a professional development series providing training and instructional resources for secondary school staff working with students from diverse backgrounds.
The series incorporates research-based strategies that address cultural and contextual factors affecting student learning in both urban and rural communities.
Creative Education Programs
In addition to curriculum-based services, Arts, Absolutely! offers direct programming for youth and young adults throughout the year.
Arts Over Tobacco (Year Round)
A creative prevention initiative funded in part by the UAPB Minority Initiative Sub-Recipient Grant Office.
Arts Over Tobacco engages African-American and Hispanic youth in innovative tobacco prevention activities through media production, performance, and community outreach.
Participants create:
• Billboard & Radio Prevention Campaigns
• Podcasts addressing vaping & smoking risks
• Music Therapy & “Don’t” Campaigns
• Prevention-Focused Media Content
Fall In Deep Youth Program (Bi-Weekly Saturdays)
An arts-based positive youth development program for ages 13–18.
Sessions cultivate healthy discussions around:
• Family dynamics
• Emotional health
• Communication & conflict
• Peer pressure
• Community violence
• Mental health & trauma
The program builds self-awareness, confidence, emotional regulation, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
iH.U.S.T.L.E. Program (10-Week Cohort – Fee Based)
iH.U.S.T.L.E. develops employability skills in underserved high school students and young adults through hands-on, technology-driven arts training.
Career pathway experiences include:
• Audio & Music Production
• Photography & Videography
• Podcasting
• Graphic & Website Design
• Filmmaking
• Performing Arts
Participants engage in internships, financial literacy training, job shadowing, and experiential workplace learning.
We Trippin’ Field Trip Experience (Summer Sessions)
Designed for youth ages 6–15, We Trippin’ exposes participants to cultural experiences beyond Little Rock through immersive field trips.
Youth explore:

• Cultural Arts Venues
The program expands worldview, cultural awareness, and exposure to artistic industries.
